Tips Serve with a bit of good olive oil on top, perhaps with some fresh or dried herbs. Great with fish or shellfish. You can add other vegetables. However since this is a canned capanata DO NOT skimp on the vinegar. It's necessary to keep the acidity up to a level to allow for suppression of botulinum bacteria. It also keeps the veges a bit crispy."
